Buccaneers News · 52 Points By Samari Curtis Breaks Single Game Scoring Record, Closing In On 2000 Career Points


Senior Samari Curtis continues to demolish the Xenia Boys Basketball record books.  Tuesday night vs Bellefontaine he scored 52 points on 20-28 shooting to break a record he shared with Robert Siwo they each scored 50, Siwo in 2001 vs SIdney and Curtis last year vs Tippecanoe.   Curtis is averaging 34.3ppg and has 1945 career points with three regular season games remaining and the tournament.  Curtis would become just the 50th player in Ohio HS history to reach the 2000 point mark.
